This footprint is intended for goods that genuinely need more deck area in both directions. The closed surface distributes contact under flexible packaging and provides room for broad carton patterns without exposing openings.
Automated handling characteristics
With a larger plan area, correct support placement becomes more important. Steel tubes and continuous runners can be aligned with rack beams and conveyor transfers to keep the broad platform stable through repeated cycles.
Steel layouts and load ratings can be adjusted for conveyor, shuttle and rack-support conditions.
