Structure & Application Notes
The open grid deck combines a lighter structure with airflow, drainage and easy visual inspection. Three continuous runners create predictable contact with rack supports and common conveyor layouts, while four-way entry keeps manual handling flexible around the automated flow.
Built around the equipment interface
The range covers compact regional footprints, mainstream 1200 mm formats and extended project sizes up to 1800 × 1200 mm. This lets the pallet footprint follow the actual unit load instead of forcing oversized goods onto a smaller platform. Steel tubes can be positioned through the deck and runners to shape stiffness around rack span, shuttle pickup and conveyor transfer points.
