Structure & Application Notes
The reinforced grid deck adds section depth and steel-routing capacity where a standard open deck needs more control over bending. Airflow and drainage remain available, while the three continuous runners maintain a stable machine direction on chain conveyors, roller interfaces and rack supports.
Reinforcement focused on the load path
The square BH1313 favors centered, balanced loads; BH1410 and BH1510 extend the working length for wide cartons, panels and production fixtures. Deck and runner steel positions can be aligned with the actual rack span and transfer points, allowing the pallet structure to carry the unit load through the automated route with less shape change.
