Structure & Application Notes
The closed upper deck creates a continuous contact surface for bags, cartons with small feet and loads that can shed dust or liquid. It is easier to wipe down than an open grid and reduces the chance of loose material falling into automated equipment below.
Clean surface, stable machine direction
Three runners provide continuous support along the travel direction and a familiar interface for conveyor chains, rack beams and block stacking. The range progresses from the compact 1000 × 800 mm footprint to broad 1400 × 1200 mm unit loads, so the deck can be matched to both goods and equipment envelope.
